Utmaning

Maria Antonieta is a realm of French details and pastries of the highest caliber. Now, the marmalade would match that standard. The secondary packaging should be fit for the most discerning tables. It wasn't enough for the content to be delicious – it had to look exclusive.

Målsättning

We wanted to make the marmalade worthy of a gift, transforming it into a centerpiece on the table. By employing hot stamping technology, we aimed to bring the aroma of Versailles into the kitchen. Realistic illustrations were designed to appeal to all senses, and each flavor was given its own color identity.

Resultat

We created secondary packaging that transforms the jam into a gift. The hot stamping technique imparts a touch of luxury to the carton. Realistic illustrations of fruit and ingredients appeal to the eye and appetite. A specially designed box showcases the glass jar in all its glory. Each flavor has been assigned its own refined color palette.

Maria Antonieta is a place where every detail matters. Lace curtains. Damask tablecloths. Porcelain plates. A teaspoon from the past century. This feeling should live on in the world of marmalade. We asked ourselves: what does it take to transform food into a ceremony? Hot stamping is an ancient technique that still conveys luxury. It's something you feel with your fingers before you see it with your eyes. The realistic fruit studies on the box are not photographs – they are paintings that say: this is quality, this is care, this is made for you. The color palette is sophisticated without being dark. Each marmalade became its own color story. The strawberry is not red – it is rosé. The apricot is not orange – it is champagne.
