Mäklarhuset Åland is deeply rooted in the Åland community, synonymous with reliability and quality. However, its visual identity had not kept pace. In a market where more players compete for the same buyers and sellers, the brand required a design language that communicates security and local expertise without appearing outdated.

Målsättning

Create a comprehensive brand identity – logo, color palette, typography, imagery, and graphic guidelines – that preserves local credibility while giving the company a professional and contemporary expression. Everything should work consistently across digital channels, advertisements, and printed materials.

Resultat

A new identity that balances the modern with the reliable. The logo is simple and elegant. The color palette is calm and harmonious. The imagery highlights Åland's nature and homes in harmony with the surroundings. The result is a brand that stands out, is recognizable, and signals quality—from storefront displays to Instagram.

The concept was based on the insight that security is the most important feeling in a real estate transaction. The entire visual expression was designed with this in mind: a calm color palette that exudes stability, typography that is modern yet not trendy, and imagery that showcases Åland's settings in their best light.
