La Parisiens possess a distinct presence in their environment—French, warm, and minimalist. However, there was no digital content capturing and conveying this essence. They needed a film that authentically reflects the atmosphere without becoming a mere advertisement for the cuisine.

Målsättning

Produce a short brand film that can be utilized in digital channels and on social media. The film should capture the atmosphere of the restaurant and serve as a visual extension of the experience.

Resultat

Vi filmade på plats med varm ljussättning, kort skärpedjup och ett lugnt tempo. Fokus på händer, ånga, ytor, rörelser i köket. Inget voiceover, inga textskyltar. Ljudbilden bygger på det som redan finns - knivar mot skärbräda, porslin, samtal i bakgrunden.

The entire film was built around presence rather than narrative. We worked chronologically through an evening - from preparations in the kitchen to a full room. The camera stays close without being intrusive. The depth of field is shallow, allowing details to emerge and the background to soften into an ambiance rather than a location.

The lighting followed the restaurant's own fixtures as much as possible. We added minimally - a reflector here, a dimmer there. This gives the film a documentary honesty that would have been lost with a studio rig.

The material was delivered as a longer film and shorter clips tailored for Instagram and Meta. The same visual language, different formats.
